Activation Event of the 10th Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival

The much-awaited 10th Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival (DIMFF2024) was officially activated on April 8, 2024, with a grand ceremony at ULAB Permanent Campus. 

The Chief Guest of the event, renowned filmmaker Proshoon Rahmaan, gave the inauguration speech. He highlighted the importance of mobile filmmaking in today's world and praised the organizers for their efforts in promoting this unique genre of filmmaking.

After the inauguration speech, the process of film submission for the festival was n Filmmakers from all around the world could submit their entries through the festival's official website. The deadline for submissions is 24th September 2023. Certificates of the organizers of the 9th DIMFF were then given to the individuals who contributed to the festival's success. 

The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by the Festival Director of DIMFF 2024, Ishmam Rahim Kareeb. He thanked all the guests and participants for their presence and contribution to the festival. 

The 10th Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival (DIMFF2024) promises to be a spectacular event that celebrates the art of mobile filmmaking. With the submission of films from all over the world, the festival is expected to provide a platform for aspiring filmmakers to showcase their talents and share their stories with the world.
