Star Cineplex Powers the 10th Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival

The 10th Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival - DIMFF 2024 has partnered with Star Cineplex as a Powered By sponsor. The leading cinema screening chain is known for delivering exceptional movie experiences.

This collaboration joins the innovative spirit of Star Cineplex and the creative platform of DIMFF 2024 to celebrate the emerging realm of mobile filmmaking.

The agreement was signed at the Star Cineplex, Bashundhara, Dhaka.

Mr. Khaled Ahmed, Executive Director of Showmotion Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of Star Cineplex, and Mr. Ishmam Rahim Kareeb, Festival Director of DIMFF 2024, signed the agreement on behalf of DIMFF 2024.

Md. Shahadat Hossain Himel, Assistant Manager of Marketing and Sales, Star Cineplex, and Ha-mim Mohammed Shafiq Hossain, Internal Manager of DIMFF 2024 were present at the signing ceremony.

The mobile film submissions for the 10th Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival started from 3rd April 2023. As a premier platform for mobile filmmakers, DIMFF provides an opportunity to showcase creative works using mobile devices. The last date for film submission is 24th September 2023. 

With the slogan "New Generation, New Tools, New Communication," the Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival has been organized annually since 2015.
